Terms of Use

1. This agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Modern Living All4You Real Estate L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ML All4You mobile app and the Modern Living All4You web portal (together, the "Service"). By signing in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the app

The Service is provided to our administrators and to agents registered with us. Accounts are issued by our administrators; there is no public registration. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by us to hold an account. Your right to use the Service lasts only while that authorisation does.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential and do not share your account with anyone.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Secure any device on which you stay signed in, with a passcode or biometric lock.
Tell us immediately at info@modern-living.ae if a device is lost or you suspect unauthorised access, so we can revoke the session.
Keep the information on your account accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

attempt to access data your role does not entitle you to see, or circumvent any access control;
probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except where the law expressly permits it;
extract data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, other than through features we provide;
use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, or harassing content; or
use the Service for any purpose other than conducting Modern Living All4You business.

5. Confidentiality

The Service contains commercially sensitive and personal information about clients, properties, transactions and colleagues. You must treat everything you access as confidential, use it only to do your job, and not disclose, copy, publish or retain it outside the Service without our written permission. This obligation continues after your account is closed. It is in addition to, and does not replace, any confidentiality term in your employment or agency agreement with us.

6. Notifications

Notifications are a convenience, not a system of record. Delivery depends on your device, your network and third-party services operated by Apple and Google, and we cannot guarantee that any given notification arrives, arrives promptly, or arrives at all. Do not rely solely on push notifications for anything time-critical — the portal remains the authoritative record. You may turn notifications off at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may require you to update to a supported version of the app in order to keep using it. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we practicably can.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for Modern Living All4You business, for as long as your account is active. No other rights are granted.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can request deletion of your account as described on the Delete Your Account page.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time — including where you breach these terms, where your employment or agency relationship with us ends, or where we reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You may stop using the Service at any time, and may request deletion of your account. Sections 5, 8, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or tax advice.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including any undelivered or delayed notification. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. App store terms

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Those companies are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable app store's terms of service, including any restrictions on use over cellular networks. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, not the app store's.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
